We understand purchasing a home is both an exciting and stressful time. For most people it is the largest investment that they will make during their lifes. It is not something people do everyday. Our team works to make the experience is stress free and straight forward as possible for our clients. Our unique approach to the home purchasing process means that clients will visit our office for two appointments instead of just a traditional "signing appointment." We offer a preliminary appointment where clients learn about our services, the costs of buying a home and the client's responsibilities and obligations. Clients are encouraged discuss any questions or concerns at this appointment, this is particularly important for first time home buyers. Second appointment closer to the closing date takes place to sign the documents and to address any additional questions or concerns. While our method requires a little extra work on our part, over the years we have found that our clients understand the closing process better and enjoy a much smoother experience as they become home owners of the first time or move on to a new stage in their lifes.
As a two lawyer firm, we are able to act for the buyers and sellers on the same real estate transaction.
We can assist you in refinancing your home, including discharging your current mortgage and registering a new mortgage on title. Contact our office today to ask about our refinancing packages. As a general office policy we do not act for private mortgage lenders.
